  2. Product Orders and Availability
    • Live and Preserved Specimens: Availability of live and preserved specimens may vary based on seasonal supply and demand. TMBS reserves the right to substitute specimens of equivalent quality if specific items are unavailable.
    • Custom Lab Kits: Custom orders must be submitted with clear specifications. TMBS will provide a quote before processing.
    • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by TMBS. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
  3. Pricing and Payments
    • Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.
    • Payment is required at the time of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
  4. Shipping and Delivery
    • Delivery Times: TMBS aims to ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on destination and availability.
    • Live Arrival Guarantee: For live specimens, TMBS guarantees live arrival if the shipment is received on the first delivery attempt. In case of issues, notify us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement or credit.
  5. Returns and Refunds
    • Live Specimens: Due to the nature of live specimens, refunds or replacements are only available if notified within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Other Products: Returns of preserved specimens and lab supplies are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • All content on this Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of TMBS and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • TMBS is not liable for damages arising from improper use of our products. All products are intended for educational purposes and must be handled in accordance with provided instructions and safety guidelines.
